Dr. Wight was born and raised in Enid, Oklahoma and went to St. Edward's University in 1962. He graduated from OU Medical School in 1969. He was a Major in the Air Force, serving as a flight surgeon and then completed his residency at Oklahoma University in 1975. He has been practicing Outpatient Family Practice in Ada since 1975 and with Dr. Falsarella since 1978. He is the laboratory director for the Ada Outpatient Laboratory, a Fellow of American Academy of Family Practice and certified continuously by the American Board of Family Medicine since 1975. He has one wife, five kids, 2 dogs, and a cat named "Monkey". His interest are in acute and chronic family medical care, and ADHD. He is the usual rabid OU fan.
